LONDON, United Kingdom – The International Governance & Compliance Association (AGRC) is thrilled to announce that it has signed a strategic partnership agreement with the UK’s Association of Professional Compliance Consultants (APCC), a professional body for compliance consultants who advise firms regulated in the UK by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA).

Mateo Jarrin Cuvi, AGRC’s Global Manager for Partners and Media, said: “We welcome this opportunity to partner up with APCC, an organisation that has strived to foster and promote professional standards among compliance consultants, enabling both members and regulators to reach their goals in an effective and speedy manner. We believe this collaboration will allow us to better cater to our members’ needs and grant us a chance to contribute to the growth and improvement of the compliance sector worldwide.”

As part of this joint effort, the two organisations will work to provide their members with a wide array of benefits aimed at boosting their work in this growing and rapidly changing industry, including discounts to industry events, participation in working groups and webinars, and various sponsorship and speaking opportunities, among others.

Furthermore, AGRC is keen in having its many members get to know and build professional relationships with APCC’s members as a way of developing thought leadership, creating insightful content, products, and services, and pushing the compliance sector forward.

Beverley Robertson, APCC Chief Operating Officer, said: “The APCC is very pleased to welcome AGRC on board as a strategic partner in this joint reciprocal agreement. As always, our chosen partners are aimed to mutually benefit both sets of members and we look forward to developing the relationship where we can promote common endeavours and explore areas where we can work together.”
